You may cancel your order at any time before it has been prepared for shipment. Once your cancellation request is received and verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any applicable taxes will be refunded in accordance with local regulations.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and work with the payment processor to resolve any issues.
For payments made via alternative methods (e.g., PayPal), please check your account directly before contacting us. In cases where refunds appear delayed, we may require additional information from you to facilitate the resolution process.
